Advance Order & Self Pick-Up
Orders need to be placed a minimum of 2 days in advance to ensure fresh preparation from scratch.
You can opt to pick up your order if you have specific time constraints. Please share your pick-up details with us in advance and stay true to your estimated time of arrival (ETA), as we cannot guarantee our presence otherwise.
Third-Party Delivery & Logistics
- There are no fixed timings for delivery.
- All deliveries are handled through third-party delivery vendors. Consequently, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- We would not be responsible for any damage caused in transit by third-party logistics.
Order Inspection Upon Receipt
The person receiving the cake is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition at the time of arrival.
Important Notice: Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the order or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised at the time of delivery or pick-up.
Surprise Gifting & Recipient Contacts
If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please provide an active phone number for the recipient so logistics personnel can contact them directly upon arrival.
Apart from essential shipping details, we do not send out any other details or marketing messages over text or calls.
Weather & Festive Season Delays
In case of inevitable adverse weather conditions or operationally heavy festive days, delivery delays may occur. We will keep you updated in any such scenario and kindly seek your co-operation.
Address & Slot Modification Window
Changes in delivery address or selected slot can only be made up to 12 hours prior to the delivery date.
Note: Address changes cannot be processed once the delivery slot has commenced.
