That is the feeling behind Salty Sweetner.
A love for all things
salty and sweet.
It started with a sweet tooth and a love for all things salty. The name Salty Sweetner came almost instantly, inspired by my love for the beautiful contrast between salty and sweet.
For nearly 10 years, I worked as a marketing professional, while baking remained my weekend escape. What began with a love for baking and a very serious sweet tooth slowly grew into something I wanted to pursue more deeply. I eventually enrolled in an advanced patisserie programme at one of India’s leading culinary institutes. A year later, after a decade in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith.
And in 2020, Salty Sweetner Gourmet Bakes was born in South Delhi. Today, based out of Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi, Salty Sweetner is a boutique bakehouse and gifting studio creating freshly made gourmet bakes and thoughtfully curated gifts.
Everything we make is prepared in small batches, with attention to the little details that make a difference, the comfort of homemade baking with the indulgence of gourmet flavours. From indulgent desserts, savory munchies to festive giftings, our focus has always remained the same: make it fresh, make it memorable, and make it worth coming back for.
